Over the past month, the average rental price in Brooklyn has increased by 1.76%, from $3,736 to $3,802. The average rental price for a studio unit increased by 1.72%, from $2,939 to $2,989. The average rental price for a one-bedroom unit increased by 3.64%, from $3,641 to $3,774. The average rental price for a two-bedroom unit increased by 0.31%, from $4,629 to $4,643.

This past month, the most expensive studios were seen in Greenpoint, while the most expensive one and two bedroom units were seen in DUMBO. Conversely, the most affordable studio and two-bedroom units were in Borough Park / Sunset Park, while the most affordable one-bedroom units were in Bay Ridge.

Out of the sixteen neighborhoods tracked by this report, fourteen saw their average rental prices increase month-over-month. The remaining areas decreased this month.
