The average rental price for a non-doorman one-bedroom unit increased by 0.60%, from $4,200 to $4,225. The average rental price for a non-doorman two-bedroom unit increased by 0.35%, from $5,417 to $5,436. The average rental price for a doorman studio unit decreased by 0.96%, from $4,453 to $4,410. The average rental price for a one-bedroom doorman unit decreased by 0.69%, from $5,909 to $5,868. The average rental price for a doorman two-bedroom unit decreased by 2.10%, from $7,596 to $7,436.
Year-over-year, the average rental price for a non-doorman studio increased by 6.47%, and the average rental price for a doorman studio increased by 11.17%. The average rental price for a non-doorman one-bedroom unit increased by 10.43%, and doorman one-bedroom units saw their average rental price increase by 7.09%. The average rental price for a non-doorman two-bedroom unit increased by 10.60%, while the average rental price for doorman two bedroom units increased by 0.93%. Overall, the average rental price in Manhattan increased by 6.78% from this time last year.
