The average rental price for a non-doorman one-bedroom unit increased by 0.60%, from $4,310 to $4,336. The average rental price for a non-doorman two-bedroom unit increased by 2.21%, from $5,645 to $5,770. The average rental price for a doorman studio unit increased by 0.90%, from $4,480 to $4,520. The average rental price for a one-bedroom doorman unit increased by 1.63%, from $5,840 to $5,935. The average rental price for a doorman two-bedroom unit increased by 0.85%, from $7,571 to $7,635.
Year-over-year, the average rental price for a non-doorman studio increased by 5.18%, and the average rental price for a doorman studio increased by 2.69%. The average rental price for a non-doorman one-bedroom unit increased by 4.20%, and doorman one-bedroom units saw their average rental price increase by 0.46%. The average rental price for a non-doorman two-bedroom unit increased by 8.84%, while the average rental price for doorman two-bed room units increased by 0.78%. Overall, the average rental price in Manhattan increased by 3.23% from this time last year.
