Richard comes from a long line of property owners, and the importance of investing in real estate was impressed upon him at a young age. He owns a condo in a co-op building in the East Village, and can walk clients through the co-op board approval process from his personal experience and that of his past clients.

In his free time, Richard enjoys visiting the city’s great restaurants, museums, and parks. He loves to ride his bike across the city’s beautiful bridges to take in the stunning views as he gets in a workout. He grew up in the East Village and went to college at NJCU where he received a baseball scholarship and studied business administration. He still loves to play baseball in Central Park, and is loyal fan of the New York Mets. He volunteers at food pantries and the YMCA—he makes the fastest PB&J in town.
