Not only is she known to sell properties for their highest value but Makeba takes a qualitative and quantitative assessment approach to make sure her clients are more than satisfied at the closing table.

Makeba G. Lloyd began her real estate career in 1999 during the huge internet and real estate boom. Prior to her practicing real estate brokerage, Makeba spent five years working in the fashion industry, specializing in sales and public relations. In 2003 she joined Goodstein Realty/Management. However, in early 2004, Goodstein was purchased by one of the largest international real estate firms in the country. It was there where Makeba was able to take advantage of an extensive real estate training program. After several months Makeba felt that her talent and expertise would be better utilized in a smaller, more boutique real estate environment. It was then when Makeba joined The Developers Group prior to it merging with The Real Estate Group of New York to form what is now MNS. Makeba has received recognitions as Broker of the Year and Broker of the month. Her experience spans the residential rental, sales and new development sectors, with a focus on representing New York real estate developers and owners throughout Brooklyn, Harlem and Queens.

Makeba also holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management, and is a dedicated steward of the New York community both professionally and socially.
